Hi there! I’m Meg Cleary.

It’s lovely to meet you.


I’ve been working in health for over 20 years. Helping both urban and regional communities to live healthier lives.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been coaching women at MidLife to help them create their own healthy lifestyle.

As someone who has had an on again off again relationship with a healthy lifestyle, I know first-hand how frustrating it can be to feel like nothing ever lasts.

I was continually telling myself that I’m just lazy or hopeless and can’t stick to anything.

I used to believe everything had to be lined up perfectly in order for me to be as healthy as possible. It took time, special foods, gym memberships and sticking to the straight and narrow.

I never paid attention or questioned my thoughts and beliefs. I just blamed me, time and time again.


I now know.

How you think and what you believe about you and your life determines how you feel.

How you feel determines what you do or don’t do.

What you do or don’t do creates your life.


This is the foundation to creating a healthy lifestyle.

What is The Milestone Makeover?

 The Milestone Makeover program is designed to give you simple 5 step process to implement in your life.

 You’ll have a formula to use again and again to maximise this time of change.

With the right tools and support, you CAN make positive change, not just for your event, but ongoing in your life!

5 Step Process

The 5 Step Process combines research from habit formation, cognitive behavioural therapy, and various forms of coaching. It’s a path to problem-solving. We’ll uncover what is holding you back. You’ll have amazing tools and plenty of hand holding through this journey. Support is essential to create lasting change.

Find Your Energy

Find your energy! Restore your confidence by creating well-being, self-esteem, and belief in your own abilities. You’ll create lifestyle changes that are meaningful to you and sustainable.


Connection to community is key. An holistic approach to health includes mind, body, and authentic connection. Being part of a small group of like-minded women provides guidance and encouragement. By sharing your experience and supporting others, a deeper experience is had and the benefits are amplified.

Your Milestone Makeover Includes

  • A simple 5 step process that sets you up for a healthy lifestyle
    1. You’ll focus on what you want and why you want it
    2. You’ll become the observer of your life (you need to know what’s going on before you make a tweak)
    3. You’ll start to make plans that fit in with your life (not just extra jobs to do)
    4. You’ll learn how to evaluate what’s working and what’s not working (all from a place of compassion and kindness)
    5. You’ll rinse and repeat and keep elevating your lifestyle 1 step at a time.

  • Weekly live group coaching (zoom)
  • A member vault with videos, worksheets and tools to help you on your journey.
  • A private Facebook group of members only for extra support.

During the program you’ll be invited to a get together.

This will be an opportunity to meet everyone and spend some quality time.

I have a bunch of fabulous women coming along to meet you and help you get ready.

  • A Stylist who’ll give you an overview of how to dress for your body shape and accessorise to turn heads.
  • An Exercise Physiologist who will offer insight into moving your body at midlife.
  • A Dietitian who will share her knowledge of what food to include at MidLife.
  • Me (Life & Health Coach) to give you more insight into what’s coming up and answer any questions.
  • A beautiful lunch will be provided.


All of this is included in the one-off fee of $899.
